Lenovo K4 Note goes on open sale starting today via Amazon.in

From today customers are not required to register themselves on Amazon.in for purchasing the smartphone. They can purchase it without registration via the open sale. The Vibe K4 Note is priced at Rs 11,999 in Amazon.in.

The smartphone comes with virtual reality support. Customers can purchase the TheatreMax-powered ANT VR headset for Rs 1,299, to experience virtual reality. TheaterMax helps you to convert all your favorite content like movies, TV series, youtube, etc. into virtual giant screen cinematic experience. K4 Note has dual front firing speakers which offer Dolby Atmos surround sound to complement the TheaterMax experience.

The Lenovo K4 Note features a 5.5-inch Full HD display with 1080x1920 pixels resolution and a pixel density of 401ppi. Display also comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The handset is powered by a 1.3 GHz 64-bit octa-core MediaTek 6753 processor coupled with 3GB DDR3 RAM and ARM Mali T720 GPU. The smartphone packs 16GB internal storage and supports microSD cards up to 128GB. The device runs the Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system with Vibe UI running on top.

The smartphone sports a 13MP rear camera with Dual LED Flash and ƒ/2.2 aperture. It also packs a 5MP front-facing camera. The connectivity options of the phone include 4G, 3G, 2G, dual-band Wi-Fi, NFC, Bluetooth, GPS, Micro USB and OTG support. It also comes with a fingerprint sensor for enhanced security. The handset is backed by a 3,300mAh Lithium-ion battery that supports fast-charging technology.

Lenovo K4 Note to launch in India on January 5

The company has been putting out teasers for the new phone. According to a latest Twitter post by Lenovo, the K4 Note will get 3GB RAM up from the 2GB in the previous version.

The tweet read, “More than 99 per cent of you preferred 3 GB RAM in the #KillerNote2016 & that’s what you’ll get! Get ready for the RAMpage!”. Also the handset is likely to retain the 5.5-inch display size and full-HD screen with 1080X1920 pixel resolution.

Lenovo K3 Note has been one of the most successful smartphones for the Chinese manufacturer. The 5.5-inch full HD phablet with an octa-core 1.7 GHz Mediatek MT6592 processor coupled with 2GB RAM and 16GB storage (expandable up to 32GB) was big hit for 2015. The K3 Note has a 13 MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera.
