Indian smartphone maker Lava has launched an entry-level smartphone Iris Atom 2X priced at Rs 4,499.
Lava Iris Atom 2X smartphone features a 4.5 inch FWVGA display with a resolution of 854 x 480 pixels. The handset is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. It comes with 8GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 32GB by using microSD card. The dual-sim smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system.
The Lava Iris Atom 2X sports a 5MP rear camera with LED flash and a VGA front-facing secondary camera. The connectivity options in the phone include 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, and GPS.
The handset is backed by a 2000mAh Li-ion battery. The battery delivers a stand-by time of up to 161 h (3G) and a talk time of up to 15 h 50 min (3G). The handset is available via Amazon India at a price of Rs 4,499.
